Alden here.  Above are a couple recent watercolors.  The first painting is from an old photo (the same set Claire was working from).  I suppose she was a family friend.  I don't know who she is, but I love her outfit and pose.  The second painting, obviously, is a grapefruit.  One of my favorite subjects (to talk about, to think about, and to paint) is food.

postcards from strangers...

max here. so there are two things i like: receiving postcards, and unique interactions with strangers. how shall i combine the two? by leaving postcards addressed to myself in random locations for strangers to find and write on and send to me, of course.
